2. Make General Church
Invite Cards Available.
We did this when we first started. These are simple bi-fold invitations the size of a business card. They are easy to hand to someone and includes basic info like when and where we meet.

3. Better Sermon Series Planning.
For the first time ever, with the help of Ryan Lyons, New City Milledgeville, we almost have a full year of sermons planned out. We are planning a couple of studies that will benefit not only our people, but a lot of people outside of New City. After finishing Mark at Easter, we will do 10 weeks of Real Marriage following the main topics of Mark Driscoll's book. Better planning and a couple of "Come and See" series will make it much easier for our people to invite their friends, family and co-workers.

Plus One Sundays.
Yes – like the old High Attendance Sunday! We are totally borrowing this idea from a fellow A29 church. We'll pick 3 or 4 Sundays over the year and brand them as Plus One Sundays and and really push each family to bring at least 1 extra person that week! We really believe that if people will give us a try, they'll come back.

Share the Love.
Share the love of New City by sharing on Facebook. We're creating a series of videos about New City, like – Why New City? What is an MC? How has your life changed? Then we'll make the links available and really encourage our folks to share those videos on facebook. The reality is that we have tens of thousands of unique friends on facebook - many need a church, many need the gospel. We'll also encourage people to share Sermon Preview videos, Events, and Sermon link. We'll post the links on The City with an encouragement to SHARE.

We built in monthly MC events and quarterly church-wide events for the purpose of inviting others. We'll continue to emphasize these events and encourage our people to invite others.
