Things We Are Doing Toward Another Macon Site

in no particular order:

• growing - roughly 60% growth since sending out our Warner Robins crew mid-August
• preparing for additional growth - just purchased new chairs for our main venue adding 75 more seats
• preparing an overflow cafe in the art gallery adding immediately another 40 seats (and up to 100)
  * We want to grow period. It means we are reaching people with the gospel and hopefully sending them out as missionaries to reach others!  BUT we must also grow before we plant in order to have the resources and man (or woman) power to serve in 2 locations.
• adding to our Sunday serving teams - hospitality, tech, bands
  much of this is coming through our team leaders and MC leaders as a result of helping them identify leaders - prior post
• beginning the search for a location to gather in January of 2013 (which will help us identify equipment needs and begin work on an actual budget)
• preparing to add new MCs this Summer and Fall
• gearing up for Easter invites and the Real Marriage series
